What is Seris?
Seris is a calm, verified study terminal for traders. It brings together a daily market brief, learning tracks, a trade journal, charts and live market context in one place — built to help you understand markets and your own decisions. It’s educational software, not a broker and not an advisory service.
Is this financial advice?
No. Plainly: Seris does not give financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. It’s for education and information only. Trading carries risk, and every decision you make is your own. See our Terms.
What’s free, and what’s Pro?
Free gets you the core: the trader toolbox, the academy, and the daily market brief — genuinely useful with no card required.
Pro (£19/month or £149/year) unlocks the full terminal: the complete workspace, deeper tools, and the whole experience. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial — no card to start — and you can cancel any time.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in a couple of clicks — no emails to send, no hoops:
- Open your account / billing settings in Seris and choose Manage billing, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal.
- Select Cancel plan and confirm.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Stuck? Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we’ll sort it.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if Seris isn’t right for you, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we honour reasonable refund requests. Your consumer rights under UK law always apply.
Is my data safe?
We collect the minimum we need, we don’t sell your data, and you can see or delete it any time. Your account lives in Supabase, payments run through Stripe (we never store card numbers), and embedded YouTube players stay behind a click-to-load gate until you accept optional cookies. Do you sell signals or a “guru” course?
No. Seris doesn’t sell signals, tips, or a get-rich course, and we’ll never DM you a “can’t-lose” trade. Our whole point is the opposite of the guru playbook: proof over promises — tools and education that help you think for yourself, not depend on someone else’s call.
Does it work for prop-firm / funded traders?
It can help. The journal, discipline tools and market context are useful whatever account you trade — personal or funded. Seris won’t take a prop-firm challenge for you or guarantee you pass one; it’s a study terminal, and passing is on you and your process.
What markets does it cover?
Seris takes a cross-market view — indices, futures, forex and crypto — with market news, an economic calendar, charts, and live broadcasts from official sources. It’s about market context and method rather than any single instrument.
Who builds Seris?
